I’ve been to many haunt attractions this year, sometimes multiple ones in the same weekend… Halls of Horror was my absolute favorite out of all of them! While driving home from a disappointing Reapers Revenge, we stumbled upon HOH via Google Maps. Since it was still a bit early, decided to give it a go. Best decision of the season! The actors where just awesome. It was practically freezing out and many barely had clothes on. it did not faze them and they blew us away with their performances. Especially the man baby :-) PS — we noticed he had a brace on his leg, not sure if it was part of the costume, if not and he truly is injured more props to him for a great performance!!! Thanks for a great night we’ll never forget. See you next year. Oh and if you do go, get the blood experience — you will NOT regret it.

Worth the drive from anywhere! Might be in a small town but it’s a big haunt! This place is the scariest on East Coast. Blood experience is amazing!

Two Words«BLOODEXPERIENCE» The Best $ 10 I ever spent on a Haunted attraction! My wife and I are avid haunted attractions fans, and go all over every year! This place is as good as it gets! Its BETTER then the Big boys i.e. Bates Motel, Eastern State Penn etc. Their attention to detail is amazing! The actors are totally insane! I would say this is the Best Kept secret on the East Coast! Everyone should come out to Palmerton PA, and check out The Halls Of Horror– you may not sleep for a week but oh well isn’t that the point! Must See! check it out!

Halls of Horror is a scary house in the middle of the Main St, Palmerton.(aka Delaware Ave across from the Palmerton Park) in the basement of the old Palmerton Union Community center. Fake cobwebs, spooky atmosphere, the actors are very good at what they do, the layout of the amusement is really creepy there are two points where you have to duck under a walkway, kinda felt like an old prohibition era hideaway. They have scenarios, body parts and bodies hanging from the ceiling, creative rooms like sliding floors and a room full of doors that felt almost impossible to get out of. The actors in their horrific make up don’t scare me. It’s the element of surprise that scares the hell out of me. And that happened quite a few time. My fiancé on the other hand was scared of everything the whole time. Very very good place to go over the Halloween season. A little steep in the price of $ 15 but well worth it. Kudos to all the people that put hard work into this obvious labor of love.
