I honestly wish I could give no stars or negative stars! T-Mobile stores can not help you do anything… but neither can they people on the phone… When I call they tell me «Oh go into the store we can not help you with that.» When I go into the store«Oh well you can call our customer care.» So basically no one who works for T– Mobile knows what the F*** they are doing. You will talk to 17 different people and all of them tell you a different story… not to mention the service sucks!!!

This store is closed, but I would like to offer this review of T-Mobile in general. They do NOT care about their customers in Palmcaster. There aren’t enough towers in the area and after repeated conversations with customer service, they say there are no plans to expand their towers in the Antelope Valley. Since Verizon, AT&T and Sprint are 1000 times worse, my only choices are either T-Mobile or nothing. So if you live in the AV, you need to be more vocal with your carrier to get them to step up to the plate.

Tried going into this store to get my grandpa his first cell phone total fail the blonde is an idiot and charged him 100 dollars without even putting his minutes on the phone and then tells me to call a 1800 #…go to the one in the av mall!

nothing against this store but tmobile on the phone service sucks they are rude i have been a customer since tmobile came out, i always have a good connection on my phone but i wanna go somewhere with better customer service!

DONOT ! I repeat DONOT come to this T-mobile store. F*%K Up # 1 — My touch screen went completely out came here to get it replaced and they did not have my phone in stock. They gave me an old school loaner phone that I tried to work with for two hours and could not so I brought it back and just said f*^k it and purchased another phone. F*% Up # 2 — The new phone goes out so I bring it back to this store and they give me another loaner phone that I used for seven days and then returned once I received my replacement phone. F Up # 3 — Next bill shows that I never returned phone so they charge me an extra $ 50. Go into store to have it corrected. They claim it has been resolved. F Up # 4 — Next bill still shows I have not returned the loaner phone & my phone gets cut off cuz these assholes don’t know how to work the computer. I go to a different T(errible)-Mobile store & they tell me I have to resove my issue at the same store. If I have a receipt showing that it was returned to the same company WTF does it matter which store I go to. If I was traveling cross country and my phone goes out in NY& I make it back to Cali U mean I would have to go back to the store in NY to fix the problem… RIDICULOUS ! F Up # 5 — Phone gets cut back on I am upset that now I can only deal with this one store till my issue is resolved. F Up # 6 — I downgrade my plan for a cheaper bill. Receive the bill now it’s higher than ever. Go to the store for an explanation they say it doesnt show on their computer & for me to call customer service… aaaaaaaaaarrrggghh. F Up # 7 — Try to pay my bill over the phone. They wanna charge me $ 5 to give them money. I said I’m not late they said we know but we charge for you to pay over the phone.
