By far the worst pharmacy I have been to. I just moved to the area from LA, needed a new pharmacy, and this was the closest one. I filled my prescriptions with the same lady 3 days in a row, and every single time she looked at me like she had no clue who I was. I understand they work with a lot of people, but at least put in a little effort. I filled my prescription once at Walmart and the lady couldn’t have been nicer, I talked to her on the phone and she even remembered my name. I agree with David S. and Bradley’s review. To quote from David’s who stated it perfectly, «Very slow, bad attitude, and poor customer service. No matter what is going on, they always claim they need 30 minutes. This time, ‘the pharmacist just left for his lunch break.’» — The fact they only have one pharmacist that has more lunch breaks than anyone I know, is disturbing. I got a notification that my birth control was ready. I showed up right away, and JUST like David said, they told me the pharmacist just left on his lunch break, come back in 30 minutes. Im sorry, I don’t have infinite free time. I dropped the prescription off the day before to avoid this. Since having birth control is SO important, I was so taken back by the lack of care. Because of their ignorance, I could be pregnant with a baby I’m not ready for. When I finally talked to the pharmacist the next day, he did not care and was frankly a jerk. I asked him why I had to talk to him because I had been on birth control for 15 years. He said, «you could get a blood clot» — I shook my head… guess what?! EVERY birth control has that risk. And guess what?! The doctors check for that, I was checked, was fine, and given a prescription. Why should I have to put my body and boyfriend through hell because of this pharmacy? I shouldn’t and I will never go back. Does anybody know any good Mom and Pop pharmacies around here? I’ve noticed most of those places actually care about their clients.

Agree with Bradley’s review. Very slow, bad attitude, and poor customer service. No matter what is going on, they always claim they need 30 minutes. This time, «the pharmacist just left for his lunch break.» I really think it is an Albertson store policy to have us to hang around and buy other stuff. I just realized that I had stood in line for 5 minutes while the pharmacist was working on the computer at the front counter and the clerk told me this just as he was leaving!

This pharmacy is like a bad movie cliché. I’ve had to give them my insurance info three times, they’ve called to say two scripts are ready and then only had one ready when we got there(just give us two hours!). Oh, and expect at least a half hour wait. We only live a half mile away, but I’m switching to some place farther.

This is the slowest pharmacy in Palmdale! I have never had an experience that was less than 40 minutes, regardless of the time of day. They are always understaffed. Additionally, the staff is always rude and rarely have a sense of urgency.

I always get my prescriptions filled here, they are very helpful and quick filling my prescriptions. Only gave them four stars because they have only one person doing the pickup window and the line can get backed up at times.
