Rachel does a magnificent job. She’s fun to talk to, she cuts and colors my hair the way I want it and a few tips from her so it looks amazing. I love her and her services. She’s amazing! ! I recommend Rachel!

Nails probably ok, review is for massage experience. Massage itself was pretty good and standard.
Issues with the room and set up —
Room was cold, oil was cold, had to ask for music. Asked for heater on. Music kept looping stuck on the same track. Lots of equipment in room. 85 for 90m is steep for the area, and there is no real increase in quality. I arrived a few min early. Therapist arrived a little late, and massage time wasn’t extended for her delay — that’s what got it from a 3 to a 2.
Tips for management.
Warm room for massage or warm bed/​blanketing
Warm oil
Working relaxing music.
Make sure the full time is given.
Seem pretty basic.

Saw Tessa to have my 7 yr old daughters hair cut… WHAT A MESS!!! From the awful cut to the bad customer service. Stood the entire time wrestling a handicapped 4yr old. Was never offered a seat although plenty were open and holding various stylists purses. (I also thought the foul mouthed stylist close to us was a nice touch) The cut was so uneven and botched that it had to be fixed by GMa. DISASTER!!!

Sally Collins has been doing my hair (cut & color) at this salon location for about four years now, and I love her! She is great with highlights, color, and I think she is really gifted with cutting and styling long layers. I always get complimented on my color and style after I have a visit with Sally! She has great prices, too, especially considering the quality of her services!
