Came here for Myke’s Ultimate Bootcamp (10 stars) I scored finding him The rec center is smaller than I would have imagined I made a quick stop at the ladies restroom before class I must say it’s one of the cleanest public restrooms I’ve ever been in No bad scents clean toilets clean sinks no paper on the floors Couldn’t ask for better Now let’s get to the bootcamp Simply put AMAZING! Myke is the best Lives up to it’s name Ultimate Bootcamp No matter what shape you’re in I recommend his class He explains proper form & is on you the whole time making sure you’re working those muscles right He inspires you to continue to push Can’t say enough good things about him about his bootcamp I could go on & on The one negative thing is the aching painful sore muscles but without that we wouldn’t know we were getting the proper work out $ 5 per class what a steal I don’t want to pay more :) but I definitely would 100 times better than the personal trainers I tried at the local gym Follow him on IG to find out about his classes, for motivation, & workout videos InstaGram: @ myke_​the_​entertrainer
