GOODWILL and all its employees are always the best people to be around, helping you out with anything a customer would need. UNFORTUNATELY this GOODWILL is NOT one that fall in that positive category. Quite the opposite. I was in the search for a winter sweater, came across some that were $ 4.99 and other that were $ 6.99. I purchased a sweater that I really did like but when I saw there was a hole on the shoulder I was sure they would accommodated me and Me the cheaper price. The manager said«No, absolutely not, we can NOT negotiate prices!» I was charger full price $ 6.99 and left with a damage product on.

I love this Goodwill. Every time I come to drop clothes and items off I always end up walking out with more than I came in with. They have a great selection, they are very organized, and the staff is super sweet and very helpful. I will definitely be shopping here again as soon as I clean out my closet! :-)

So… I’m not saying this place is haunted by some angry supernatural being… but it is. You get a really weird vibe going in but you ignore it because it has to just be the fluorescent lights mixed with the weird chatter amongst customers shopping or something right? No. Wrong. Don’t go into the bathroom. The lights have a mind of their own and it doesn’t matter if you are«alone» in the restroom or not because the other stall doors can close and lock themselves on their own. And no one on the outside can hear you. But of course as a sane person, I would not give a business a one star review for something so bizarre. The stars keep getting deducted because for being a Goodwill, there is so much stuff over priced. It is an absolute mess. Not once did the staff even acknowledge my existence. And they cant even bother to get the sign out front fixed. It has been flickering for months. It’s not the thrift store you want to go to. Also, I get that it is Halloween season but the freaky Annabell looking doll in the front only confirms my suspicions that this place has a poltergeist.

The staff here is great ! The clothes are always decent as is house ware. Prices are a bit steep for a thrift store.

I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s a normal hit or miss place. The selection is pretty decent but other reviewers are right with the prices are pretty comparable to some retail stores at times. If I find something worth buying I think it’s going to a good cause so why not. I wish that they had a bigger spot though!

I’m only writing this review because I found that the worse boss I have ever had, now works at this GoodWill. Karma! Besides that, pretty cool store to find unqiue stuiff.

I was so excited to learn they had put a new Goodwill store in my area. I went the very first day and was struck by the amount of people that showed up for the opening. But many people were leaving empty handed as the truth is who could afford it and Walmart or TJ Maxx, Target and the mall have new things for about the same price. Especially the shirts. I mean I realize 6 dollars is a good price for a shirt but not a old, donated shirt. Who knows what that shirts lived through or who donated it. Besides they get merchandise for free. right? To me they look more like a retail store than a charitable thrift shop that is suppose to be helping the community But the truth is that any item with a «higher end label» was super over priced. I saw several Ralph Lauren shirts for $ 14.99 some for even $ 24. Thats ridiculous. They are actually competing with retail stores, not realizing its effect on the community. Furniture, pictures, coats and dresses can sometimes be over $ 100 dollars… in a THRIFTSHOP? Its just greed, if the IRS knew they were doing this would they have to pay taxes too? besides I read that management get 6 figure salaries too. Its seriously wrong and I will no longer shop or donate there. I always tell my friend the same. Greed has gotten the better of them and the IRS should know what they are doing.

Very nice store. The clothing is nicely organized, mostly by color. Clean and friendly. It’s been a while since I’d been in a Goodwill, so I was a little surprised that the long sleeved blouses were all $ 5.99, but I’d just been to Burlington Coat Factory and didn’t find much I even wanted to try on. I took home a couple of very nice blouses from Goodwill today. Not a great selection of furniture and the housewares area was kind of messy.
