Very honest business with amazing customer service. When the European Watch store in the mall replaced my mother’s two watch batteries with batteries that both went dead within a month and then accused her of water damage, she took her watches here and they replaced them at no charge. Their watch batteries may cost a little more than European Watch store, but their service comes with a fabulous warranty and they stand behind their work.

I called yesterday and they told me over the phone it would be about 25 $ to have a watch fixed. I checked into their business on Unilocal so I got 20% off, I was told it would take about an hour and I could drop it off if I wanted and come back any time. The woman on the phone was very friendly. Today I came in at about 5pm with the watch. The gentleman came over to me, I explained what the problem was and he started fixing it right in front of me. I told him I found him on Unilocal and I had a coupon. He said I wouldn’t need it because he wasn’t going to charge me any way. In 5 minutes he replaced the piece that was broken and handed the watch back to me. He was wonderful. Answered all my pesky questions and did it will a smile. I’ll come back to this place every time.

Fast service, really nice people. They replaced 3 battery watches within minutes and resized my platinum diamond ring (up almost .5 size) in about 30 minutes. They also polished my diamond ring and wedding band so they look like new. I was shocked how affordable the resizing was. Will go back anytime I need jewelry or watch service!

They are amazing! I have used the store in Torrance, so I stopped in to see if they could repair my necklace. They are very friendly and provided quick service. They fixed my necklace in 20 minutes. I love the staff at fast fix! The cutest people to deal with. I went in to get my favorite earring fixed and came out with so much! They noticed the crack on my iPhone 5 and fixed it, cleaned my engagement ring and gave me a complimentary bracelet :) oh yeah, all of this was done within 45 minutes. Thank you, guys!

I go through good review tips and found a lady Carnan bashing another company and admitting to be apart of this company. I had a great experience at Fast Fix Jewelry in Palmdale. They did a fabulous job fixing my broken bracelet. They also offered a complimentary cleaning of the bracelet as well as my wedding ring. Both pieces of jewelry looked so beautiful when I walked out. What great personal customer service by a very warm and friendly family! It actually felt like I was at a small town neighborhood jewelry store. They now have a loyal customer.

I am very impressed with this spot !! I went in and right away I was very nicely greeted with warm smiles. I went in because I had to get my favorite Michael Kors watch repaired, and they made the whole process so simple, and so efficient. The staff was very friendly and they were a family oriented crew. They noticed the gold ring I was wearing, and offered to polish it, FREE OF CHARGE. That to me, was going beyond the customer’s needs and taking that extra step to make me happy. I was reading the prior 1 star review and can’t understand why they would say that. Probably a generally unhappy person, because this place would NEVER scam anyone nor break watches. Overall, amazing service !

Took a watch in for a simple battery replacement — watch worked perfectly before the battery died. They replaced the battery, but claimed they didn’t know how to set the time. After I took it home to set the time, I realized the hands of the watch would no longer move.
Took it to another repair shop to see if anything had been broken, and they said that most likely the Fast Fix had pushed in the battery too hard when they replaced it and had broke the mechanism beneath the battery. Most likely I would probably need to send it to the manufacturer for repairs. Of course, Fast Fix denied having done anything wrong. At least they refunded the money they charged me to break my watch.
Don’t take your watch here. They will break it!

I don’t usually write a review for any businesses on Unilocal,however I had the most wonderful experience at Fast Fix in the AV mall, that I had to write one. I was in the palmdale area shopping at Dillards, when I came across this wonderful shop. It felt like I was in Nordstroms. Their customer service was amazing. They gave me top dollar for some gold jewelry that I no longer had the use for. While I was there I also noticed that they repair broken Iphone screens, which is amazing for someone like me who constantly is breaking her phone screen. I will be using that service when the need does arise. Thank You guys for the great service.

I came in here to get my battery on my watch changed as well as the broken front glass on my Iphone 4. They were super friendly and it took less than 45 mins. Vahan, the co-​owner of the place made my phone look like I just bought it. Keep up the great work Fast Fix.
