Booked a rental for a pack n’ play through this company out of Palm Springs, but called to cancel it several weeks before the delivery date because we didn’t need it. No answer and voicemail was full. Tried emailing address listed on their website twice; both messages bounced back saying their email inbox was full. Submitted a request for cancellation through their online form and finally received a response. Rep left voicemail confirming cancellation and advising I’d be refunded less a $ 20 penalty. I thought that sounded fair, however it’s now been 3 weeks and I still have not received my money back. Again, I’ve called, emailed and submitted an online contact form to have them update me on the status of my refund, but haven’t heard a peep. Will be filing a complaint with BBB and hoping my credit card company can dispute the charge. What an incredibly unprofessional, business. Be warned: they’re theives. Stay away.

Don’t use this company. I wish I had read the reviews before relying on them. My order had a 3 hour delivery window, and they didn’t deliver or call within this time. When I called at hour 3.5, they said they’d check on it and call me back. 30 minutes later, I didn’t get a call back and called them again. They said it would be to me sometime today. When I said this is a problem for me because I have appointments later, they said there’s nothing they can do, grew angry on the phone, told me they were canceling my order, and hung up on me.

DONOTUSE this company! They delivered the wrong stroller to me(double not single) it was in the worst condition, dirty and old. I asked to return it and get a refund since I paid for it a month in advance and didn’t want to push a double around Disney for 3 days. Was told no problem. It is now almost 4 weeks later and no one is responding to phone calls, emails about my refund. We called today and asked for manager and were hung up on. Next stop is BBB. They were also a day late picking it back up. Always the same answer…“we are looking into it, we will get back with you.“ VERYSKETCHYCOMPANY!!!
