Chapel of the Valley Mortuary went above and beyond for us. Some of our extended family missed the viewing of our loved one. Sometimes my family can be very pushy and rude. Chapel of the Valley handled the situation with more patience and understanding than we probably deserved: they set up a second viewing for us under very difficult time constraints. If you want a mortuary who will get the job done with solid customer service, Chapel of the Valley is a very good option.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Terrible experience with this establishment. Had absolutely zero compassion for our lost loved one, didn’t once ask his name, or even who had passed away. Didn’t express any sympathy whatsoever, say they were sorry for our loss, ect. Instead went right in for the sell, tried to close us on a package within the first 30 seconds of sitting down and made the entire process of laying someone to rest a conveyor belt process that would be handled as quickly as possible. Made an incredibly difficult moment even more so by their lack of any human compassion at all. I hope this «family owned» establishment goes out of business.

Never Thought I would be reviewing a Mortuary on Unilocal but I feel Compelled to review this one. My Mom passed away and I put my trust in Chapel of the Valley and they did not disappoint. Lily And Wyatt were Amazing in putting everything together. They Constantly kept me informed of every little detail that needed my attention. I highly recommend this mortuary. Thank you!
