Antelope Valley Towing

Amazing coincidence! Only good, recent review was written by someone with the SAME NAME of the employee that called me today about a complaint I had about one of their drivers! This company has some of the RUDEST employees around, if the 2 I dealth with today, is any indication. Doesn’t matter the whats & whys, it’s a long story, but the argumenitive driver and the nasty female that called back after I said I didn’t want to continue the conversation, should remember; when the company starts to lose money because of the employees… No one is irreplaceable, even if related! There are sooo many other companies around that want business, the attitudes of the employees really do start to matter when spending money. I complained to AAA, that dispatched them for me. I was informed that, for future calls, I could request AV Towing not be sent and I see I am not the first of many, to make the same call. Wish I knew that before today. If I EVER have to use AAA services again, I will remember to make sure that AV Towing will NOT be sent!

Amazing company they are so professional and kind! The drivers are so clean cut and good looking our driver even told us they all go through back ground checks prior to employment! Awesome to know especially for me as a female! Keep up the great work!

Horrible service, they are very rude and over charge. That lady crystal has no customer service, i called to ask her some questions and out of no where she just starts giving attitude for no reason. They should really retrain certain employees. The lady who answers the phone is really nice though but idk her name. Worst experience ever

Perciliano, the driver AAA sent out for us from A.V. Towing, was so quick — he arrived within 20 minutes of the call. He was so genuinely nice, patient and caring, he really made a bad situation much better for us. Thank you so much, Perciliano and AV Towing!!!

Horrible company. Rude service. They wouldn’t let me past the gate, even though I was a registered owner. They asked for my keys and if my registration was in the car, I sad yes thinking they would open the gate and hand them my keys, instead they searched through my car to find it. They never asked me where it was, they spent 5 – 10 minutes searching through my car from a distance, I coudln’t see anything. They are very rude and disrespectful. Had my car for less than 10 hours and charged me for 2 days.
