I was in Palm Springs this past weekend and didn’t want to miss out on Sunday Mass. I used Unilocal to find the nearest Church to my hotel and Our Lady of Guadalupe was the first result, and boy am I glad! This was one of the most welcoming churches i’ve ever been to, when i walked in the mass had already started and was packed. One of the guys sitting in the back on chairs instantly gave me his seat, it made me feel very comfortable being in a new church. Glad to know I have a good option next time i go back to Palm Springs.

This is a somewhat smaller but beautiful Roman Catholic Church.
I had the pleasure of getting to know the office staff personally… Larry, Ivonne, and Father John… they are all wonderful people.
The congregation is warm and friendly, plus they made my hubby and I feel welcome from the start.
I have a soft spot for this church b/​c I was married here and I also baptized my daughter here.
It will always hold a special place in my heart, even though I no longer reside near the Palm Springs area due to the fact that I could no longer put up with the awful heat (I get bad headaches from 110 degree weather — Eek!).
Best Catholic church I’ve ever been to, and I already miss it.
