I have a rental property in Moreno Valley and had a few issues with some doors on the outside of the house. Another company had tried repairing it but had done a horrible job so I ended up calling Geno’s. They were very quick to take care of the issues I had with the doors. I also asked them to replace an outside gate for me which they removed, constructed a new one, painted, and installed.
My tenants even called to let me know that they had done a much better job and left the doors looking great.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do any doors or gate repairs on their home.

Outstanding service by this company. A broken overhead door spring necessitated an emergency call to several companies. Genos was the only company that responded with a voice — not voicemail. Michael was on premises in less than hour and explained the problem, diagnosed the solution, and tackled the repairs with all parts available on his truck. I can’t recommend them too highly. There really is no need to call the larger companies in Palm Desert — first of all, you will only get answering machines and a call back many hours later.

After trying several others in Coachella valley, Genos was a pleasant surprise! For starters, they showed up when promised. Sometimes you find out what a company is really made in a difficult situation. I was incredibly impressed with them. After they installed the new opener and left, we had a problem with one of the remotes. There was some interference and they spent an entire day trying to resolve the problem and no additional cost. That is real dedication to their clients. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them back the second door opener needs replacing.
