We have recently visited this place, very nice! We met up with Matt Young the Assistant Manager and he gave my family & I a great tour of the complex and showed us a model unit that gave us a great idea of what one of the units looked like! There is a waiting list to get in here, that tells you allot! great job Matt, our family & friends thank you for your kindness and attention the day we came in! Looking forward to moving in one day!

The new manager, the handsome Matt, has done a wonderful job in turning the complex around. He has gone out of his way to help me. The maintenance guys are superb and always arrive soon after you call them. I was thinking of moving out but since Matt took over and is able to deal with the problems that come up, I am going to stay.

I cannot speak for the quality of life in this apartment complex, but if you are interested in the future just be careful. My spouse and I were interested in renting a 1 bedroom, and were in the last steps of moving in, but due to unforeseen circumstances had to hold off on the apartment at the time. It wasn’t until a week later that we were rudely notified that we would not be receiving our $ 400 security deposit back. Definitely an eye opener for us about these people. Decided not go back, which is a shame because the rooms are beautiful.

After almost a year of residency, I want to recommend Desert Flower Apartment Homes, especially in view of some of the old criticism that does not apply today.
This is home and it feels like home. The manager and the maintenance staff, one of whom lives on the property, work diligently to create a home-​like atmosphere. They respond quickly and effectively to any complaints. That is the major problem in most apartment complexes, but not here. They were quick to repair a dishwasher, tighten towel racks, and replace faucets for me. Twice yearly they replace air filters and check smoke alarms. The landscape is lush and the gardeners keep it that way.
If you are looking for an apartment to call home and be treated by management wanting you to be at home, compare complexes on service as much as price. Desert Flower excels in service.

I have a client that is looking to downsize from a large condo to a smaller apartment. We walked in the office, and have been taken care of extremely well. Bill, the manager, was forthright, organized, and happy to show us around. Because my client uses a «walker», Bill offered to install a new railing by some outdoor steps. The grounds are clean and well kept; the pools sparkling. Plus, this complex is in a great south Palm Springs location. Bill has been accessible, organized, and easy to work with.

This place is not worth the rent they want to charge! Bill is the worst manager I’ve ever come across. I’ve had personal property destroyed a whole refrigerator full of food replaced and constant noise parking issues! This place is not recommended!

Kids running amuck. Bill is the worst manager. Place is falling apart and the mantinance crew is over worked. Jodi, James and the gardener are great people and way over worked. The rent is way over priced.
