Decided to change the lock on the entrance door and get a lock on another door rekeyed. I called around to get some quotes to ensure that I don’t pay more than I need to. I called VIP Locksmith Services and Mike stated the price for the services requested and offered to come out or have a tech come out same day. Called a few more locksmiths after that, but Mike’s team offered the lowest cost and most efficient service. 45 minutes after speaking with him, one of his techs, Dave, arrived at my place. Dave was quick and helpful and even tightened up another knob for us as a courtesy. Really appreciate the quick turnaround. Thank you Dave and Mike!
Don’t think twice. VIP Locksmith is the way to go!

Can not say enough nice things about VIP! We came home to a broken deadbolt lock and couldn’t get in. Within the hour, they are here not only fixing our lock but also fixing our door (that we haven’t been able to close all the way without using our deadbolt) Above and beyond anything we could have asked for. Informative and helpful with our questions.

I was in need of a locksmith to change a mailbox lock for a property I own and found this company after a quick search. I locked myself out of my house, so I went to a neighbor and asked her to Google a locksmith. I am so glad that VIP was the one I chose. Mike was there very fast and was very efficient in opening my door. Mike is very personable and to top that off the price was very fair 85.00 — that is a 20 service fee and 65 to open the lock. Great service, I highly recommend him. Thank you Mike !

We needed to change the locks to a residence which we just inherited. We called VIP Locksmith based on another Unilocal review. He came within 30 minutes, even though we told him it wasn’t an emergency. He said he wanted to take care of us as soon as he could. Our locksets were a little older than expected, so it took him a little longer to do what he needed to do, but he kept us informed all along the way as to what he was doing. While filling out the paperwork at the end, he talked about how reputation and credibility were so important, and that he is serious about doing everything he can to deliver excellent service. He certainly succeeded with us!

Diego at VIP REALLY came to our rescue last night. We locked ourselves out from our bottom lock of our house around 8:40pm. I couldn’t find a locksmith initially to help. But then I called VIP and they had Diego call me quickly. In under 25 minutes he was at my house and got me back in within seconds. The only grief I had to deal with was that from my wife for forgetting the house keys when we walked the dogs before bed.
Thanks VIP… I hope I don’t need you all in the near future, but if I do… I will not hesitate to call you!
