All I can say is that I will never return to this gas station again due to the horrible distinct smell coming from the inside of their convenience store. I went inside to buy a bottle of water and I felt like throwing up because of the smell. It smelled worse than a hospital cafeteria. I really do not understand how anybody can buy hot foods from this place. I’m not sure if it’s just my sense of smell but I do not recommend anyone to step inside this establishment.

This is a gas station a place you buy gas. The best thing about it is the loyalty card where if you use it you can get anywhere from 3 to 20 cents off per gallon. They also have hot food and right now $ 0.79 fountain drinks. The inside is clean and tidy with a large buffet style thing in the middle. So far the staff is super nice. I will definitely continue to buy gas here.

Manager is horrible and just plain mean. I even gave her a chance to apologize. I am reporting my treatment to corporate. And if you’re reading this, to have «the best customer service experience in the world «as you claim, you have to apply it to inconveniences, not just being polite when things are going your way.

Another Thorntons enters Pinellas County. They have a great idea of joining their VIP club, where you get three cents off your gas every time. For the first 30 days of joining the VIP club your gas is $.10 off a gallon, how can you beat that?
