After being in a serious car accident in 2012 I have been in pain throughout my body. Chris is the reason I can still work and function because of his level of knowledge and experience with massage. He is very thorough and asks a lot of questions about how I’m feeling or where my pain is the most intense to make sure he maximizes each session. I always feel a huge difference after a massage with him. I highly recommend Chris and his team for your sports massages and pain management.

Meeting with Chris this week was amazing. I was looking for a new massage therapist for relieving neck and back pain… and I think I’ve found it.
After reviewing my health history, Chris asked some detailed questions about my pain and instead of the standard deep tissue massage I’ve gotten everywhere else he gave me personalized symptom relief.
He took the time to identify pain points and even helped realign a slipped disc.
I highly Chris for pain management therapuetic massage. I’m sure his relaxation-​focused massages are good too. :)

Chris is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. I had neck surgery a few years ago and he is able to alleviate my pain after only one session. I am able to fully rotate my neck and sleep with no pain. Whenever, I experience high levels of stress, my neck instantly tightens and becomes painful. Chris is superb at relieving the pain!

My husband and I were in town staying at Innisbrook for a couple of days in February 2012. I had already checked out the crazy spa prices at the resort and decided that I would prefer to explore what the local community had to offer. I am so glad that I did! Not only did a get a better deal, but I am certain that the quality of the service was top notch as well.
Everyone knows that no matter how posh the surroundings, there is nothing worse than overpriced spa treatments! You may not have the luxury surroundings of a 5 star spa at TE, but in my mind the quality of the service far a weighs a little fancy décor.
The owner of Therapeutic Elements was super helpful and managed to find a therapist on very short notice for me. Karen was wonderful she has many years of experience and really knew how to release the tension in my back and neck.
After 20+ years of experience with a wide range of therapists from around the world I can instantly tell if they know what they are doing. Believe me they are NOT created equal. Considering that this is your body and usually people are seeking to relieve pain or stress, don’t you think it’s important to have someone experienced and knowledgeable about the human body? I must say that Karen definitely does and you won’t be disappointed.
Don’t be discourage by the somewhat odd location. Yes, it’s in an old Florida strip mall behind Outback Steakhouse, but once inside it’s very relaxing and all your worries will melt away.
You can tell that Chris the owner is very dedicated to making your experience enjoyable. It’s admirable to see people care so much about their own business and surround themselves with good team members.
If I ever venture back to this part of the world I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Therapeutic Elements for a massage.
