Since they changed location, I’ve received great advice, great service, and sloppy work. I had a Galaxy S3 ready for upgrade, bought an S6, and the eligibility was taken from my other S4, shutting down my service! The clerk said«It must have been a system glitch!» Really? 3 weeks later, my S4 charge port was damaged. The resident tech support said I needed a new phone without ever discussing repair. I upgraded my S4 to any S6. Because it couldn’t be charged, I could only save the data from the removable data. I went to a local repair shop where they repaired the port, charged it, and recovered all the data to my new S6. If you have an issue with your phone, and it’s not time critical, contact your provider directly, and work with them. I have mixed feelings about all these stores and, definitely the mall kiosks!

I have had great uptime and service with Sprint. My iPhone works great
