I really like Pier 1, but it’s overpriced. The only thing I ever bought in there years ago were champagne glasses that were on clearance. They have the same stuff at Homegoods for half the price or less. Every time I go there are only a few cars in the parking lot, and I think those are the cars of the employees. Today there was one person inside besides us. I don’t get it. They really need to keep up with the competition. I can’t believe they’re around still, not that I want them to go, but they need to be more realistic about their prices.
