I love this place!!! I started going to baby and me yoga since my baby was 6 weeks and now he is 6 months. I have been going weekly since started and have met so many wonderful mothers here. Sarah who is the owner and teacher is amazing and truly a beautiful soul. I am so grateful for this place where I can join other mothers and practice yoga.

I have now attended Baby Wearing Ballet, Baby and Me Yoga and attended the Circle of Mothers meeting and I loved all of it. This place is great for me to be able to bring my 10 month old. The ballet class was a great work out, I wore my baby in my Ergo Sling and learned the classic ballet foot work. The yoga class was relaxing, I let my baby play with the toys they have in the back of the room while I enjoyed the class. Om Sweet Om has family friendly classes every day, I love that I have something fun for both my baby and I to do especially during this hot summer. Everyone is so friendly, I love the community they are creating. They remind you of the schedule on Facebook which is nice too.
