You will get better customer service there!
My wife and I purchased her wedding dress here and my tuxedo.
The Dress they said was alterable was not so we spent $ 700 for nothing and they wont let us return it!
Then I was led to believe I would be buying my tuxedo and instead (after I paid for it) was told it was a rental. Not a single word was ever said about renting anything to us. We even asked the sales associate that the price I paid was to purchase the item. And guess what? NO refund! I had the tux in my hands and they would not give me refund.
They are either stupid or intentionally misleading people.
If I can save one person from this «establishment » before it goes under I would be happy. Considering I’ll never see the $ 1000 I wasted going there.
Edit 4÷7÷16 — This review may change as the one of the sales associates (the very polite and helpful gentleman there) will be speaking to the owners on my behalf to see if anything can be done.

As an event planner, I love recommending Nikki’s new bridal section for my brides and even the other gowns and dresses for bridal guests. There is something here for everyone. The consultant, Jerry, was very sweet and she was attentive to the brides needs. One of the owners, Nick, was very helpful and has impeccable taste in suggesting the prefect dresses. Prices are mid to higher end but the quality of the dresses are great. Can’t wait to check out their tux rentals!

Nikki’s Glitz and Glam Boutique has a great selection of unique evening dresses that are very fairly priced! What a great little place. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, too. We were a little uncomfortable at first with the policy that one of their sales associates (female) must enter the dressing room with us to zip the very fragile dresses, but after seeing their professional mannerism we more than welcomed the help. Four stars because they don’t offer sturdy storage bags with the dresses; the disposable plastic ones they give are cheap and useless. Clearly dresses of that nature should come with a hanging bag, as do most boutiques provide. But all in all, nice place!

I love Nikki’s. I have gotten so many dresses here that you just can’t find anywhere else. If I want something special, I go to Nikki’s. I also love their boutique and have gotten quite addicted. Great customer service. I always feel special when I walk in the door.

If I could give «NO STARS» I would…
because of the attitude of some in that store, the pressure of «putting a down payment on the dress» and not allowing pictures.(I’m sure some of you ladies would like an opinion of the dresses that you try on)
My daughter called Nikki’s to inquire about a dress and was told that it was no longer in stock.
The guy who answered the phone said that they have a similar dress and over a thousand dresses in store…
So my daughter and I decided to visit Nikki’s to have a look.
My first thought upon entering the store was, there doesn’t look like there are a 1000 dresses… maybe hundreds, but no where near a thousand unless they are in the back…
No biggie… So, we decided to stay and see what was available to try on.
All of the dresses were gorgeous, but never were we shown a dress that looks similar to the one we inquired about.
The store itself is very clean and is nicely decorated… I’ll give them that.
The young ladies who assisted my daughter with getting the dresses on are helpful, but can get pushy for you to put a down payment on a dress.
The lady with reddish hair came off as rude with a bit of attitude.
They will tell you that anything looks good on you.
Nikki’s if you are reading this, young ladies come to your store in search of that perfect dress.
For some it’s a memorable experience whether it’s the senior prom, homecoming, sweet 16 or some other event.
The attitude and the pushiness can ruin that dress buying experience and no one will want to come back… I know that I won’t be returning.

I’m sorry for my sister ever walking into your store. I’m sorry that you all have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m sorry that you feel the need to talk down to people. I’m sorry that you feel as though selling prom dresses makes you better than other people. You received a payment in full, so the fact that you kept referring to the dress being on «layaway» is rude and unacceptable.
You wanted my apology, here it is.

Several things are going on at this store that make me very concerned when it comes to prom dresses. First of all, the staff is high-​pressure, almost obnoxious in their sales approach, «get it today! It is absolutely gorgeous! We won’t sell another one like it to your prom, you don’t want others showing up in your dress!» Secondly, they are allowing young women to sign off on a promissory note to buy a dress with $ 50 down and then not allowing any refunds, transfers, or in store credits. I understand 18 is a legal adult, but they are absolutely taking advantage of inexperienced buyers getting caught up in glitzy dresses for a special, emotional decision. Don’t let your girls go here alone!

Please do not buy a dress from this Boutique they say they don’t sell the same dress to anyone in the same school but the fine print is they do and how they get away with it is by getting the same dress with a different style number is there words exactly but the dresses look exactly the same .POOR customer service and then argue with you in person and then turn around and leave a nasty message on you voice mail HUM I wonder who is in the wrong if they are getting so worked up !!!
