A job well done to Flower Fantasy. Rather than going on to the website, I called in and specified what I wanted to surprise my mom for her birthday. The manager was so nice to me, and gave me great recommendations, a discount, and told me that they’ll take care of everything, which is exactly what she did.
My mom was over the top from how beautiful the rose bouquet was, and not to mention, it was delivered in a timely fashion. Thank you again Flower Fantasy!

High Praise is in order for Flower Fantasy. Owner Mariola and her staff went above and beyond to make sure our family reunion corsages arrived on time for the evening banquet. Though I was late and unable to pick up at the shop she made the kind gesture to have them delivered to the Innisbrook Resort at no additional cost. Our senior members were very happy with their corsages and the evening. If ever I am in the area of Tampa again I will use Flower Fantasy. They have earned my business.

Stay away! Placed order for flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day. They called my wife to make sure she was going to be home to accept delivery and never arrived or called back. I called around 5pm thinking they figure out the probelm and maybe get some flowers delivered within a hour or two. I called back at 8pm and they were still clueless on the situation and that they were going to make it right by not charging me. I said no problem and to cancel the delivery for the flowers that it was too late. They delivered in the middle of the night leaving them outside of our front door. Of course they never gave me a credit. Flowers the day after Valentines, and charging for a service that couldn’t be performed just doesn’t cut it.

I spoke to the manager on the phone twice. She was rude, and not helpful at all. I needed to change the delivery location, she told me that the flowers were already on the truck and they cannot contact the driver. I asked if he had a cell phone, she said yes, but she could not call him while he was driving and was unwilling to leave a message. She also said that if no one was home, they would leave the flowers on the doorstep. I never agreed to that. The flowers were left out in the sun. When I told her that my grandmother received dead flowers on Mothers Day she said «that is not my problem» and hung up on me. I will NOT use this florist again, and will not recommend them to anyone.
