Dan’s Fan City

This is the second fan additional fan I have bought from this location. Great in store sales help … although it is typically 1 person working the floor — so you may need to wait.
Customer service and knowledge is top notch. I would highly recommend this place.
Also — the company that installs the fans (Holiday) also has good customer service and quick/​accurate installs.

If I could leave a no star I would. The guy running the store was very rude. My family stopped in to look at fans to see what they have. Then they used the bathroom (the bathroom is advertised outside) and the guy very rudely said as we were leaving, «you only came to use the bathroom, you should have asked», which was not our main reason for stopping. Very unpleasant experience and will never think of doing business there.

I’ve stopped by here over the years and have always had good service.
The ceiling fan in my kitchen needed replacing and so I dropped by with some photos of the room and what the fan I have now looks like. Rudy (Manager) was very patient and knowledgeable and was happy to spend some time helping decide which fan would be best. Rather than all-​in-​one-​box type fan kits you can buy at Lowe’s and Home Depot, they build exactly what you want. From motor selection based on your room size to color and size of the fan case and style of blades. They have a huge selection of blades to choose from.
I chose the ‘Luna” for the kitchen and looked at some options for my sun room ceiling fan. They are a bit pricier than the big box stores but these are much more durable and stylish, in my opinion. The chain of Dan’s Fan City started with this store. Please stop by, they are good people.
