Two sided review: My two sons have been coming here since they were young. First dental appointments, check-ups and now braces. There are two sides to the kids area. One is regular cleaning dental area and the other is the ortho section. I have one in each side. The ortho side is wonderful. No issues very good at what they do. They have competent doctors and techs. Although my son hates his braces he’s never complained about how he’s been treated, other than one time and it was a busy day in the office. The doctor seemed rushed and missed his tooth hitting his guns. It was not a huge deal and healed quickly. The cleaning side is a bit different. It had wonderful doctors but there is one tech in particular who is rough and brash and I honestly don’t think she should be working with kids. She is not friendly and I’ve heard many kids including mine complain about her. Other than that, the office staff is great. I used to be s patient on the adult side. There is a tech there as well who is brash and rough. Zero personality and seems to hate her job. Not someone I what with her hands in my mouth. I had two caps done there after two root canals and I’ve had more issued after than before. They are good just not for me. I had complications that may or may not have been in their control. However, I won’t be going back. My personal choice. If you want a good pediatric to teen dental group they are worth checking out. Just note a few staff are less than friendly.

We would never return here and if you have paperwork to have filled out by them, I would advise against going here. My wife had some dental work done and the lady in the office, Tisha is her name I believe was useless. The paperwork was turned in and we called daily and left messages for her with no return call. Finally on the last day it could be turned in(9 days later) my wife called and spoke to the receptionist and Tisha over heard the conversation and she informed the receptionist to tell my wife that the paperwork needed to be turned into the oral surgeon, not her office. You could not call and tell us that before the last day it could be turned in? The sad part was the oral surgeons office is less than 50 feet from her office. You could not walk your lazy a** across the courtyard over to the oral surgeon? How lazy can you be? In the end my wife was not paid her for her time off because of Tisha and this was very costly for us. If you enjoy terrible customer service, this is the place to go but I would recommend somewhere that the office people actually care and not just sit and collect a paycheck and hide when you call.
