We are also in Alta and Toll Brothers is the worst company to deal with after closing. I found bathroom vents in the attic that were not connected. Door ways that are not level. Most wall and doors are out of square. There is no costumer service. They don’t have an email system you have to fax or snail mail work requests. The foreman Rick Green made the comment after showing him issues, «these aren’t custom homes you know». Yes but we paid over 1 million for our home. There was even an active insect infestation on the final walk through. The General Manager said, «you can have it treated after we close». When we said we weren’t closing until it was taken care of he agreed to have the house sprayed. BAD BAD company. READ THE COMPLAINTS ONLINE BEFORE YOU BUY!!! Also Toll Brothers own Chicago Title, The Alarm company that you are forced to sign up to for 3 years and the Pest Control Company. RUN DON’T WALK AWAY!!!

We closed last July on a house built by Toll Brothers at Alta in Palm Springs and we could not be happier with the service we received by by their sales manager Sue Lee Reagan. Even after closing she has been there to help us in anyway she can. Toll Brothers did a good job building, but Sue Lee goes above and beyond.
