This review applies to the Palm Springs location on Indian Ave in the El Mirador Building. The waiting room is full of clients. The wait tine is hours. The doctor runs from room to room like a chicken and your lucky to get 5 minutes with him. I’m not satisfied with the service at the Palm Springs location. It is rushed and you are herded through like cattle. When you tell the nurse what drops or pryscriptions you need you have to wonder if they will follow through with it. I have requested drops on 2 occasions and didn’t get them. I am currently looking for another doctor and opticheal service that i feel more comfortable with that won’t keep me waiting over 3 hours. I do have a job to go back to.

Very unprofessionals. Patient suffers from advanced glaucoma. Staff never prepared. Paperwork never updated. Lost test exams. Seen 5 Opthamologist w/​no relief with his condition. Glaucoma out of control. completed lazer treatment that should have been done months ago. Laser was unsuccessful. Back to an incompetent doctor trying to refer us back to doctor that performed the unsucessful laser. They drag feet with procedures or referals all while patients eyesight worsens. Incompetent staff. From MA’s to Dr’s. This place doesnt deserve a star!
