STOR-N-LOCK Self Storage

I would definitely recommend Stor-​N-​Lock for storing all your valuables.
The managers, Jerry & Mary, are so pleasant and friendly, and as this is my first time storing my things (I am a snowbird from Canada), they were very helpful and patient with me.
Their facility is amazingly clean, and the temperature is always kept nice and cool. This allows me to safely store my spices, lotions, shampoos, etc. over the summer months that would otherwise be ruined by the extreme summer heat in a regular storage unit. 5 stars for sure!

Over the years I’ve used many storage units in several states. Stor-​n-​lock, and this location in particular, is the best… by far.
My wife & I have patronized this location since 2002, almost 10 years. During those 10 years we’ve rented four different units. The managers, Guy & Trudy have always been exceedingly helpful. Most recently we needed a storage unit at short notice due to a death in the family. Both of them couldn’t have been nicer. In a time of chaos & sadness, they both stepped up to the plate and helped us get through a very trying time. Guy even arranged a moving company to help us move as part of the terms of our long term rental.
The facility is very clean… it’s spotless. We usually rent the climate controlled units and are always amazed at how clean the place is kept. This is the desert, it’s dusty and windy. Dust usually gets everywhere. Not here, not even in the hallways or the elevator. Spotless. Oh, and never a bug sighting either. It’s actually incredible considering the desert environment.
For the security conscious, the facility is alarmed. It has gated entry only passable with your personal security code. Once inside, the grounds are also monitored via security cameras. But technology is only as good as the staff working behind the scenes. Guy (the on-​site manager) is a stickler for security and cleanliness. You’ll never find any funny business happening here. He simply won’t allow it.
Add all these factors together and you’ve got a great storage facility. Highly recommended. Heck, I’ve returned to rent from them on 4 separate occasions. Rent with confidence from Stor-​n-​Lock.

Don’t EVER take anything here! These people are total asshats! I can’t even believe that anyone would hire these people to operate a business. The guy working there comes out on a motorized scooter and yells at you no matter how well you try to follow his «rules.» It exceeds the ridiculous! He never says hello, let alone please or thank you! I used to keep all of my company inventory here, but moved to a new location in Cathedral City just because Stor-​n-​Loc is so unpleasant to deal with. I am not sure who owns this, but I have heard this same story from other people who have dealt with this place. Save yourself a lot of heartache and go anywhere else but here!
