Very nice offices. Friendly staff. Did not wait long at all. They gave us pictures of my daughters teeth in a nicely put together folder. Have not used this doctor yet. But I can say overall it was a good experience.

Here on vacation from Pennsylvania, my daughters brace came unglued. I called the office and asked if they could glue it back on. They explained that they do not reapply other Dr’s work but the would be happy to remove it to make her more comfortable for the rest of our vacation.
Well oiled machine for an orthodontist office, 3 video game terminals, coffee, tea and lemonade in the waiting area.
In and out 15 mins, no exam fee.

Never in a million years would I have thought I’d need braces in my older years, but here I was 55 yrs old wearing braces & I must say Dr. Schantz & his staff made it tolerable! I started out at the Palm Springs office, wonderful staff and ended with the Palm Desert office & a wonderful experience there as well. Very friendly, professional & knowledgeable staff! My teeth look great!

So far I’ve only gone in for a consultation and first impression was amazing! Such a beautiful clean and inviting office! Awesome area for my son to play video games. I am one to appreciate a nice, clean, decorated medical office. Office staff was very friendly and the doctor was friendly and very informational. I’m excited to have my son getting braces from this office! I’m confident he will have a Hollywood smile when completed. Will update my review once my son starts getting the actual work done.

My 3 kids could not be happier with the excellent service, friendly office staff and great doctors. The financing assistance is wonderful. They are very helpful in dealing with our insurance. The office is very clean and welcoming! They also have a super reward card system that let’s kids earn points for good hygiene, coming to appointment on time, etc. Thumbs up all the way!

Staff is great from billing questions, appointments, and of course the actual work. My kids aren’t the best at always cleaning or doing the things they are supposed to do but the docs and the crew gently remind them. Everyone is smiles and efficient — always a happy place to go. And they don’t mind Dad hovering and asking lots of questions. Plus we never wait which is important since we have a schedule too.
