I think because I am so young they didn’t take my business very seriously. Really bad experience. A couple years ago I took up a deal on scar removal and think I paid around $ 500. It was for a small but deep skin tissue scar on my belly button from a bad piercing. I was told they could fix it and yes it’s a little better but after soo many scrapings it’s not nearly gone.
Then I take up their special on laser liposuction for $ 1k. I wasn’t super keen on it after feeling like guadalupe was sales pitching me and not being genuine about it but for some reason I went through with it which was my own mistake.
After talking about it with another doctor I wasn’t comfortable with the procedure. I asked for my money back. To be fair I think I had asked before I paid and they said I couldn’t get my money back. So I asked if I could get facials instead.
The most annoying part is that when I came in to get my facial, they couldn’t find my payment and the front desk was rude. Then when I got my facial done it was horrible I was there for like 15 min and the girl didn’t give a crap about my experience.
I still have about $ 900 in credit at this place but when I go in they can’t even find my payment and are rude to me so what’s even the point.

Waiting over 20 min for my appt. 3^rd visit here from a deal of the day special. Second time I’ve waited over 10 min for my appt. grrrrrr!!! Wouldn’t pay full price if wait time is gonna be like this!

I found Scar Treatment Center of the desert to be a fabulous, clean wonderful place. Guadaloupe does great eyebrows. I think that if you have to wait a few minutes, it is because the patient ahead of you is getting the best treatment, as you will also get when you have a procedure at this great place where everyone is super friendly and is there for your needs. I highly recommend Scar Treatment Center of the Desert.

Don’t waste your money on this place! All ads for what you think are cheap lipo or facials are a COME ON for very expensive treatments. You walk in, the red head at the desk is not friendly at all. You would think a receptionist, who is the first person who greets you, would be nice and friendly. Not her! Before your first treatment is finished, you are told you need more… lots more treatments to see any improvements. At my first lipo treatment, I was told I needed 24 more treatments at a cost of well over $ 1000.00. And of course, this is a time sensitive offer… so get it today, before it expires. THE SELL IS TOO HARD.
The place itself is not like any spa I have been to. It is unprofessionally staffed, and not like a serene space for you to enjoy yourself. No one employee starts and finishes your treatment… it is a revolving door of people who come in and out to check the time and get you out asap. Many employees have huge personal problems and are eager to tell you all about them. Hello… I am here for me… not you!
Better to spend your money on a real spa then at this place. This is all about getting you to sign up for more and more treatments.

The pricing is basically whatever the «traffic» will bear. Ponte gets 2 stars for all the «good» she does for scared vets for free.
Let’s face it (pun intended) it’s a skin mill pushing all kinds of treatments with nonsensical names.
Look who is on her advisory panel: Dr. Sonfonio… who advertises his services every night on local t.v.
What folks wont pay in the interest of vanity is mind boggling. I just like my pores squeezed. lol

I also have found the scar treatment center to be pleasant and staff to be promt proffesonal and courteous the services are excellent and overall expierance is a two thumbs up and would recommend this place to my family and friends
