We needed notary service. This place was close by. Drove on over and they got the job done for us. Everyone was pleasant/​helpful enough. $ 10 per document. Helped myself to a few free Jolly Ranchers by the cash register and was on my way.

Don’t let those unkind reviews stop you from using this postal annex. The parking is ample, both in front and side of the building. Busy during high season but never dangerous. (Try driving in Italy). I was courteously helped by the «surly, heavy set and lazy» girl described in an earlier unflattering review. Puhlease.
This same woman as described in that review, upon my request, immediately found the perfect smallest box that could handle two awkward items and carefully placed them inside. She deftly packaged and labeled the box while answering another customer’s question (multitasking was just one of her attributes.) I was out of that clean, air conditioned store in a flash, and out into the heat. She said «stay cool and we will see you again». Now that’s good service!

I agree with Barbra J. I think the girls in here are as nice and helpful as can be. I have been coming here since they opened and have never had a problem. I miss Clint also but the girls do a great job.

Really awful customer service! The parking is horrible and dangerous, I would never get a mail box there. The heavy set woman is surly and lazy. While I realize they charge more than a post office they are very slow and not helpful at all.

Wow. The reviews are terrible here. I’ve come in several times over the past 2 years and have never had a bad experience. The place is run by the owner (who recently passed away :()& his daughter and they’re both wonderful, friendly, and helpful! Lots of shipping options… obviously. They have some post office boxes inside. Lots of candles and nick nacks that are probably just filler for the store. FYI there is ALWAYS a clearance table near the front counter, if you’re interested in some cool deals. Love this place. It will not feel the same without Clint. Awe.

I will NEVER ship from this place again. Rude workers, and zero help. They charge for everything & anything… Where most places a Fed Ex envelope is free THIS PLACE CHARGES!

I am in Shock Horrible customer service. Please do not shop here I live around the corner and was just given the bird and yelled at by the owner of this postal annex. If you choose to own a business in my community than you need to adhere to the standards and professionalism that it means to be a business owner. you should be ashamed of your prices and the way you do business. My am outraged by his actions.

Horrible customer service!!!
Just dropped off a package there and the heavier girl with glasses and blond curly hair was sooooo rude. I’m glad the Postal Annex prides themselves with great customer service… NOT! I will never return and never recommend this place to anyone… even my worst enemy. Rude, rude, rude people.
