Jack In The Box

If I could give this Jack In The Box negative stars I would. Went there for lunch and should have walk out as soon as the person in front of me said its taking 25 minutes for his food. But ordered any way. The employee took my cash and he needed change. He literally left the drawer open with cash in view to get change. I waited 20 minutes for my food and noticed people ordering after me were getting their food. Went and asked the employee where my food was and he was finishing up giving another customer change. He said oh ya you had tacos, he literally left the cash register after touching money went to the bag where the tacos were and put them in the fryer. No gloves were used, nor did he wash his hands. I said there is no way I am eating those tacos after you just touched money. Other people in line noticed and made comments. I am not a food expert but I am sure this violated every food code violation. In my opinion this is a horrible Jack in the Box and I will not be dining here ever!!! Management needs to hire more than three people to run a business especially a fast food business.

Sucks! They took 30 minutes to make our order and we only ordered 2 things. People got out food before us and they ordered after us. Poor service!

Drive Thru: I paid for 4 tacos and only got 2, very frustrating when you’re hungry. Of course, I thought it wouldn’t be necessary to check such a simple order but I was wrong! And still hungry :(

Terrible service provided by Drive Thru staff and Tanya. First off they gave us 2 buttery jack combos instead of what ordered which was 2 Jacks Blazing chicken sandwiches. How do you get beef and chicken confused? When we approached the window we were given the bag with 1 fry and 1 curly fry. We asked if we can get our 2^nd curly fry like we had originally ordered. She requested the reg fries back Tanya gave us a stank eye mixed with a pompous look. We were just looking to get our 2 curly fries. We were then given our 2^nd curly fries with a empty bag. Wow!

I’ve been here multiple times and each time the service is horrible, including the manner in which I have been treated by employees. The food taste fine but has always been visibly thrown together. The location makes it convenient. but it’s just not enough to keep me coming back.

I love ordering from the Kiosk, nice to see all the different things you can order and customize on your order. My burgers looked great, came out quick but seemed to be lacking in flavor. Not quite sure what it was, but they tasted boring. Staff was friendly and lobby was clean. Might wander through the menu and try something new on my next visit.

Good experience here. It was a fast food breaky kind of weekend and we hit this Jack on Saturday AM. I was torn over what breakfast sandwich to order and the person taking my order suggested the best way to get what I wanted for the best price. I thought I was on candid camera for a second, but I ordered it and I was a happy camper… never did see a camera!
Good experience and I liked my sausage breakfast jack. I was too scared to try the iced tea, though and went with the Diet Coke. Clean location and friendly staff.
Recommend for fast food in the area.

What a superb experience at this Jack in the Box! Friendly greeting, great explanation of menu items.
Food prepared exactly per our order and was brought to our table. How nice is that? Sure, there were only a handful of other tables, but that’s a nice personal touch that’s unexpected at a fast food restaurant.
The staff also seemed very friendly — smiley, chatty.
If you prefer a different experience, they also have the self service ordering kiosk.

I had a tee time at Shadow Ridge Golf course and needed to grab a quick bite. This JIB is conveniently located off the 10 frwy at Cook and Gerald Ford Blvd.
My order a breakfast Jack — Fried egg, ham and American cheese on top of a bakery bun. I also ate a value item breakfast burrito — scrambled eggs, bacon pieces and cheese all for a buck!
The food was cooked to order, hot and was tasty. Enjoyed a decent breakfast at a budget price!
