Carrielane took care of me and did a great job on my brows. Her place is clean, professional, calming atmosphere. Competitive prices, cheaper then other places I looked up. The wax she used is different then what I’m use to, was soft and didn’t feel so hard on my skin. I will be back in the future.

My experience with Carrielane has been wonderful. She was very down to earth and sweet upon arrival. I had my fair experience with waxing, but her in the other hand further exceeded my expectations. What a lovely experience! Carilane was so sweet and professional. I booked through the book it connection. Super easy and she called the day before to check in and give good advice for preparation. The salon is clean welcoming and relaxing. Also affordable and she makes you feel very comfortable! This was also less painful then my usual at home.

I was down in Palm Desert visiting my grandparents for Christmas, and I looked up local waxing salons to do a little routine maintenance. Hot Spot Wax Lounge had good reviews and reasonable prices, so I made an appointment for a brazilian and eyebrow wax.
I have gotten brazilians several times before, and they aren’t the most pleasant. But Carrielane was super sweet, I felt very comfortable and not self-​conscious at all! She uses a hard wax that is hypoallergenic, which decreased the pain and swelling after the wax. I got the wax about a week ago, and I haven’t gotten any red bumps or pain like I have from other «chain» waxing salons that I’ve used in the past. Carrielane is passionate about her work and a genuinely kind person. I will definitely make another appointment when I’m back for Christmas next year :)

This is a great place if you need any waxing done. It’s extremely clean and easy to get what you need done. It’s one of those hidden places that has exceptional service.

So I kind of have high expectations when I get a massage. I like my pressure hard and my oils unscented. Carrielane killed it! She gave me a very thorough full body deep tissue and I’d easily place it in the top 5 I’ve ever had. She has a great touch.
Same goes for her waxing skills. Quick, super clean, and about as painless as can be expected.
