HK Lane Real Estate

I had a less than pleasurable experience with HKLane. One of HKLane’s agents was involved in a rental scam. He is responsible for my lost of nearly 5000 dollars. I was told by CEO HARVEY KATOSKY that this agent was fired immediately, and that he (harvey) would help me get my money back. That was in April 2015 during the Cochella music festival. I have yet to receive any of my 4750.00 dollars back.
My hopes were that being a successful real estate company, I could trust the word of HKLane CEO KATOSKY and would receive a refund as HKLane was the brokerage that facilitated this deal through their agent John Wheeler, Instead they each have «passed the buck» I wired total payment to HKLane’s client Charles Le Beau and their agent Wheeler received his 20% commission, meanwhile I was left with a cockroach infested, filthy, dangerously unhealthy vacation rental in Palm Desert (that I vacated after approximately 48 hours) while waiting to be relocated by HKLanes agent Wheeler, that relocation NEVER happened. I was robbed of 5000 dollars and my vacation time in Palm Desert by all three HKLane’s people.

Will money ALWAYS override HONEST business practices? I guess it will here in PALM DESERT at HKLane Realty.
