We had a really bad experience with this company, too! Very poor pool cleaning. Our pool almost always looked foggy and green with a rust color build up on the white pool base, and we rarely even go in! Sometimes they would just pull up out front of our house to clock in, but not even come around to our back yard. We caught them on 2 occasions doing that. How many times did it happen when we weren’t home? Additionally, they told us we needed a new filtration unit(not just filters, the whole deal). So we bought it. Very expensive, then 3 months later they left a message for us again saying we need to replace the filtration system. I called back and asked what exactly we paid them to do 3 months before hand, because we were told they replaced it. Then they back pedaled and said it must have already been done… What on Earth? So then, feeling really unsure as to whether we actually needed the new unit, or if we were just being«Jiffy Lubed» we decided to look elsewhere for a pool service provider we could trust and not have to constantly micromanage to even get subpar pool cleaning. They apparently changed their name to «Claro Pools.» I can’t imagine why… Whatever you do, don’t sign a contract with these people or you’ll be locked in to paying for pool service you aren’t actually receiving FOR A YEAR.

This firm installed a pool filter motor which was not properly connected to my control system which resulted in it running 24⁄7. Steve, the owner, then had a service person come out and was then going to charge me to connect it correctly after I spent almost $ 3,000. This firm, as most, hire local independent pool cleaners who do only what they have to do and most don’t last very long. NOTRECOMMENDED.

what a terribly run business –they were sent by pentair to fix my heater in february –called them in march saying they didn’t fix. promised to come out. didn’t –called in april… promised to come out… didn’t called in may then july… didn’t come in august called and they said its been too long and i needed to call pentair again and start over !!! obviously the owner steve little has resorted to underhanded business practice to put more cash in his pocket … what a shame!

Started out seemingly great but ended badly. Thick calcium deposits and sand stuck to my tiles. Steve the owner of the company who states«he is changing the world» almost every time he writes anything has proven to be full of hot air. His«troubleshooter» suggested I have the water tested at an independent company, namely Leslie’s pool service and when I got back to them with the readings Steve said that Leslie’s are in the business of selling chemicals and although he was not suggesting they were not to be trusted, that the high levels of calcium in my pool were within guidelines…(double what Leslie’s pool service suggested). Last year Steve had strongly recommended a water softener called M pulse at a cost of $ 1149. It is a total waste of $$$ and is not doing anything to my water. In fact it is the worst calcium build up I have ever had. I asked for a refund of the cost of this machine and also the last six months services which were obviosuly sub-par but was told no. In fairness, they did offer to come over and power hose off the sand on the tile, but I have lost all confidence in them, and did not want them on my property again.

I have been a customer for almost a year and find this service the best I have enjoyed in the area, and this is my fifth pool cleaner in 17 years here. Steve and Orlando provide competent, professional and very courteous service and maintenance. When they replaced my pool motor, Orlando called on me at home to personally asist me with completion of an energy rebate form for SCE. Top notch quality of service. Recommend lustily.
