I just had my walk in closet installed. The owners should up, measured and explained their different products. The process was quick. Installed now, they are as ordered. The installers were neat and left the closet spotless. I would recommend this company to anyone. Excellent experience.

We just had our walk-in closet done by Garage & Closet Butler and would recommend them to anyone. They were on time and left out closet clean. Thumbs up!

I had a very unpleasant experience with using this company. When visiting the showroom I pointed out features I wanted included in my closet design including a cedar-lined closet, jewelry drawer and a drawer with dividers. Before the work was finished the owner came to our home and asked for a full payment(while the workmen were still completing the job). We paid in full. I went to check on my closet when the workmen said they were done and discovered the cedar closet did not have a door, the jewelry drawer was not lined or divided for jewelry and no drawers had dividers. When I talked to the owner he was impatient and sarcastic, telling me that there are no moths in the desert so a door was not necessary for the cedar closet. He did come back to fix it, but not graciously. When I asked about the jewelry drawer he said that his daughter did the liner and that I would have to talk to her about it. We made an appointment and at that appointment I first learned that I would have to pay extra to have her do what I had asked for at the first appointment. On top of this, the owner forgot to show up for our first appointment at the home to measure the closet. He was always claiming that he was backed up and very busy when it came to getting things done in a timely manner. Overall, if you are looking to have organized closets call California Closets. I had a great experience with them in my other home in San Diego. The only reason we used The Garage and Closet Butler is because we wanted to give a locally based business our business. Big Mistake!
