Domino’s Pizza

I ordered a single pan pizza online. Response time was quick but the pizza itself was horrible! A small pinch of meat and hardly any of my requested vegetables. It was over sauced, very very greasy, and sloppily made/​delivered. I called to let someone know that I was unhappy with how my dinner was prepared and they quickly made another pizza and delivered the new one right away. Only problem was, this pizza was just as bad if not worse! I do comment them for customer service as far as sending another pizza but in the end, I didn’t get my order as expected. This is my first bad experience with Dominos. :(

I haven’t ordered Dominos for a long time. I was on vacation in Palm Desert and decided to give Domino’s a chance. I made a huge mistake. Dominos doesn’t need to hire «Delivery Experts», they first need to hire Reading Experts! They completely messed up my order! And the bad thing about it, is the «Manager» was the one making the pizzas. I could just imagine how bad the rest of them would be. It was a huge cluster f@ck in there! I ordered online and confirmed my order. Drove to pick it up. Once I arrived, the guy at the register was mumbling like a two year old child and I could not understand him. Luckily, I checked the pizzas and it was WRONG! I had to wait approximately 25 minutes for my order to be fixed. To make matters worse, they didn’t even tell me when my order was complete, knowing they had messed up and I was sitting there waiting. I had to get up and ask if my order was ready, and the other Space Case grabs it off the shelf. Frickin idiots! Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time! Whoever owns this franchise store has got to be able to do better then this or they are gonna run it into the ground. $ 17.24 for a large pizza and it’s crap! The Frozen Walmart pizza was way better! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I AM NEVER ORDERING DOMINOS AGAIN. THAT’S WHY I ORDER PIZZA HUT OR PAPA JOHNS!!!

Just ordered Artisian pizza… Even called in afterwards to get crispy.
What a joke… Pizza crust was pasty white barely no meat nor bacon.
Th is a joke. Don’t order from here. 3.49 delivery then tipped driver cash of 2.00 and he was unhappy. He didn’t sY anything but had a unhappy face.
Sorry fella… Don’t work for dominoes !
It was disgusting pizza… Not even edible.

3. Delivery pass my house again & 1:10am
4. Pizza get delivered @ 1:30am
So, I open the pizza MED two topping. It so funny, I provided a picture of this on Unilocal. It looks like the jalapeños were throw from the left hand, then the cheese from the right hand. So one side all jalapeño no cheese and the other side all cheese no jalapeño with a few pepperoni sprinkled over. I had to microwave the entire pizza to melt the cheese AGAIN.
I never expect much from Dominos So I’m not surprised. It was late and I had no choice.

Delivery took an hour and 15min, they said 35 min over the phone. Pizza came cold and they forgot my bread sticks. No.

Found hair in pizza and the manager was a complete jerk! Told me it wasn’t his fault and offered no customer serive! One of my friends threw up after seeing both hairs out of the pizza. Hair nets… BS…these hairs werw huge. Unless you want to be sick never order here

I often order from this location and am always pleased. I normally place my order online and never have to wait too long before my order is delivered. The delivery drivers are always friendly.

I have been stuck in the house for two days. Yesterday my friend got me a hamburger for dinner, it was great
Sitting around all day watching tv with the beer And pizza ads. Just got a taste for thin crust pizza and up pops a Dominos ad.

Called, talked to a very nice gal and ordered a large thin crust pizza. She said 35 – 40 minutes, 30 minutes later a knock at the door, the delivery gal with the pizza. I got a diet coke pizza crust and a overcooked piece of cardboard that they called pizza

I always order with the app! Its simple and fast! They usuay deliver on time the best dominos in Coachella Valley

Ugh, no.
It doesn’t matter if I order regular cheese or triple cheese: I barely get ANY cheese, with many bubbly burnt spots poking up where the pizza doesn’t have anything on it.
Disgusting.
I’ve tried calling, I’ve tried complaining on their facebook and twitter, but the problem has never been resolved. I’ll go elsewhere.

Great service great pizza. Kinda weird when EVERYBODY in that place says HI all at once but still great place.

Domino’s is always a phone call away, when you just don’t want to go out that night. The Pizza arrives hot & Good. So far never a mistake. Thank You to the staff at the Domino’s in Palm Desert.

We’ve called in pizza orders to this branch three times — always ready when we get there. Good taste and efficient staff at counter. No complaints.
