Don’t even know where to begin with the amazing performance and service of the staff. Always clean for starters, even when busy you always manage to get assistance faster than other hospitals in the surrounding areas. No doubt desert regional will remain our first place of preference for any medical needs. The pediatric staff was delightfully wonderful when they delivered my son in November 2015 and always answered questions while addressing concerns. During a more recent emergency room visit for our son we were promptly taken in before I could finish the paperwork. The service was extraordinary, other hospitals need to send their management to desert regional to take notes on many aspects. It’s quite a drive for us but we will continue to commute for the quality of service that we receive.

This is a real gem. The people here; the receptionists, nurses and especially the doctors are all attentive, knowledgeable and considerate. They’ve taken good care of me and my young children.
It’s a real gift that they are so close and open evenings and weekends.
