This company is so helpful! I went to them for help with a fireplace issue in a new home. they worked with me non-​stop to help me find a solution that ultimately saved me thousands of dollars and hours of construction. They were focused on finding me the right solution, not selling me a product. Lee, the owner, and Chris were amazing. They are very knowledgable about their products and really go the extra mile to help you, not just sell you. Their customer service has earned my business forever!

I visited this store because I was looking for a part for my hand-​me-​down Solaire grill that was not purchased here. I was so impressed with the tech Tristan’s knowledge and willingness to help me even though the solution didn’t require me to buy anything. I would not hesitate to come here again when in need of anything grill related these guys obviously know the products and what they are doing. They also have a selection of beautiful grills and outdoor fire pits.

Buying a fire pit from Chris the manager was a huge dissapointment. His attitude when I was ordering was like «take it or leave it». I told him the time frame when I needed it and he said it would be no problem and I called him a couple of days later to set up the delivery date, all with plenty of time. I called a few days before promised delivery time and he told me it would be two or three more weeks! I told him if I couldn’t have it on the promised time, I would cancel the order. Then he informed me there would be a 45% restocking fee! He also could not recall my ever calling to set the appt. date for delivery! On the plus side, when I finally did get my fire pit, the delivery guys were great and sympathetic to the problems I had experienced and bent over backwards to make me happy. I would definately buy from the company, but would never do business with Chris,

We highly recommend this company for any of your fireplace and barbecue needs. They delivered a product that was superior to anything else we found. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none!!! 10 Stars if I could.
