Country Club Liquors

Pain to get to and didn’t have what we were looking for… BUMMER

No matter how well you plan, the cold beer always seems to run out ½ a day before it is supposed to. Country Club Liquors comes to the rescue in fine form. This is a pretty standard neighborhood liquor shop with all your favorite beers and wines, and a fantastic selection of spirits and novelty booze to make your Palm Springs weekend a memorable one… Or one that is hard to remember. I was pleased to see the prices were within a dollar or so of what I pay at home which was nice. The shop was also nicely kept, It was full to the brim with bottles, cases and such, but didn’t feel like you are walking into some sort of booze storage closet like I do indeed get at home pretty often.

The night life in Palm Beach pretty much ends around 8pm, so make sure you head to Country Club Liquor by 10pm. Although the store is along the road, the entrance is actually around the back, where there is a small parking lot.
What this liquor store really needs is a good place for some people watching. The sheer number of older men that come in with younger women will make your head spin. Unless of course you just drove in from Boca Raton, in which case you will feel right at home.
It’s a small store, but has a pretty good selection.
