I love coming here for the e coli. It’s always packed so I know i’m not the only one that wants it.

Im making an effort to change this because Matthew K. was so outraged by my opinion(which I thought I had a right to) and decided to write me a nasty note. Apparently, I am a bad person and an alcoholic because I have had more than 1 bad experience at this Chipotle and felt a need to express it. Matthew K, learn some manners, life’s too short to pick fights over an honest review. I still think this is the slowest Chipotle I have EVER been to. Always a line out the door… and Im sorry to say it but the employees work at a snails pace. Whoever is the manager of this place needs to work on managing their staff better. It shouldn’t take someone 5 minutes to pour a new sour cream into an older one, especially if there is only 1 person serving food. What made this so bad is that the food was just sitting there waiting for this kid to finish assembling it but he’s still dealing with the sour cream. Meanwhile, people are starting to leave. It would be nice to see some more urgency here and attentiveness. The food is good. No problems with anything other than the pace of the servers.

Dear Chipotle Palm Desert, your cousin, Chipotle Palm Springs, is a a lot better and I will be dining at that location instead when in the desert. PD, you weren’t at all bad, you just weren’t as good. Two things you can learn from PS are: customer service and how to portion. When I went to the PS location, I felt like I was genuinely welcomed and greeted. At the PD location, I felt like the employee that greeted me, did so with a gun held to their head. When I ate at PS, I ordered the same item, 2 kinds of meat, half/half, on a salad. They seemed to naturally just place the meat on the bed of lettuce. At PD, they carefully seemed to measure the portions. watching them struggle to portion correctly is just kind of odd to me. It reminds me of when I go to a bar and they use a jigger to measure out my liquor, it cheapens the experience. It should be noted that I was pleased with the portion sizes at this location, it was just the process of getting there that I wasn’t pleased with. All in all an ok experience.

Placed an online order which was to be ready at 12:45pm. I arrived at about 12:50 or so, and let the cashier know that I was picking up an online order. The cashier said that«they were making my food in the back». People were walking in and finishing their food as I stood there, etc. I waited for fifteen minutes and nothing. Just walked out, worst service ever.

Line was out the door earlier today(12pm). The team moved the line quickly. The food was fresh, delicious and margarita was awesome!

Came here yesterday after a horrible experience at another Chipotle in Palm Springs! This place was wonderful! Nice, clean, and when I asked for a extra veggies I wasn’t treated like a red headed step child! At least this location knows what customer service is and everything was DELICIOUS!

Chipotle iz ma life This location had fantastic customer service during my short to-go visit. Chipotle is chipotle, but locations do vary. I tend to go to the one in La Quinta but this one was more convenient today. I wanted to acknowledge their great attention and smile they put on my face!

Nice employees, but they sure like to take their time. Waited in line for 15 minutes when there was only 4 people in front of me. This is by far the slowest service Chipotle I’ve ever been too every time I come, but it’s close to my work so I come here sometimes.

Went in today wasn’t busy, but considers the service and the horrible food is completely understand why. I ordered two burritos and a bowl. The gentleman serving the rice, beans and meat was sparingly adding the rice and meat. I had to ask on both occasions to at least provide me with a full spoon full. He looked at me annoyed, but in comparison to the the tortilla in front of him it was an insult to me and that tortilla the lack of rice and meat he provided. The cashier provided no spoon or napkins in my bag. The rice and beans were too under cooked and the food overall gf lil to no flavor. It was very disappointing. I went to chipotle in hopes of having a decent meal. I was sadly mistaken.

Why are you ALWAYS soooooo much saltier than any other chipotle location? I eat frequently at chipotle’s in Los Angeles, and you are SIGNIFICANTLY saltier. I am not sensitive to salt, so if I recognize that you have way more salt in your food, it must be a serious issue…

Very inconsistent, the manager/shift lead guy with the stupid haircut is very rude! They need to train the staff to give the same portions to all customers not to who they choose to kiss ass too. My wife ordered the chicken tacos and the girl gave her two pieces of chicken, really? Then one of the guys corrected the problem and gave her the proper serving and the stupid haircut guy was once again rude as always with my wife. She put him his place by stating, «he has it under control!» This has to be the poorest ran Chipotle in the Valley!

This Chipotle location is always busy. Also they close earlier than open hours. Like some reviews, food quantity of bowels are different whenever I order. It depends on employees. It’s more expensive than other Mexican first food restaurant. But as you know taste better.

I have been here on several occasions and although the food is pretty much the same as any other Chipotle. The service at this store is terrible. Slow rude workers that are not trained enough to be preparing meals. Sometimes the quantity in the bowls are smaller then other times. No real standards in the amount of food given. I saw a kitchen worker swinging a large kitchen knife in Zoro style trying to impress the female workers. No supervisor or manager ever around. If there is one he or she is not acting like one…

Well this use to be my favorite location but wow quality has gone down they were nearly out of stake and veggies so it seemed like i was getting old food and the girl towards the end came off kinda rude when i asked for everything as far as corn guac and so on she asked me twice«everything?». There were no lemons just some hopeless little pieces sitting in a pool of juice at the bottom of the container, tables were dirty so that wasn’t good.

First time at a Chipotle Mexican Grill. While not understanding the concept of the ordering process, the staff was rude and only interested in rushing with no forward thought to customer service. A very short explanation would have been nice. The food was good for a fast food place, but the service was so distasteful that I don’t think we will return. Being told to order online before you arrive was the icing on the cake.

You get a very good deal here, The food is pretty clean too. I had a delicious veggie Tofu salad. I appreciate an easy meal sometimes. Come as you are type place. The price is right too, The people working here are polite and fast. Good location on the 111. Nice looking and comfortable. I am thankful for the Izzie drinks they sell, a perfect match. Try it.

I have tried coming here on different days, different times but doesnt seem to matter. The 9 workers behind the counter cannot keep the line moving. It seems the online ordering is also slowing down the line. How bout a separate food line for this so it doesnt slow down rest of customers? Or just take it away completely?, Also why is the food at the lq chipotle always better… The pd location has alot of gristle in the meat lately.

Chipotle is one of my top restaurants that I need to go to. I come to this location when I’m in the area or out of school. The staff here goes out of their way to greet you and get you talking. It seems like they have a positive vibe every time I come here and more than half the time I start feeling the same way like«Yeah! Bout to do some work on this freaken burrito!!» Haha This place seems to running on all cylinders since they move through the line relatively quickly. If you can’t wait in line for 5mins then don’t come during lunch hours because they see a lot of action here. The food tastes a lot better here than their sister store in La Quinta. The quality just seems so much better and would pick this location as the best in the valley. Pricing is fair and like any other Chipotle and the portions are generous. The seating can get packed during lunch hours, but place is always clean. Come here for Chipotle!

Really Chipotle a huge Sharpie mark on my burrito? So disappointing & gross. Considering I paid over 9 bucks which seems to be the average here, I would think you guys would have a more sophisticated method of labeling burritos.
