I just bought a Mac and the printer presented a big issue. No matter how many times it was set up as directed by both Apple, Epson and the cable company, the connection to wireless would not work. Mark tried several ways to get it to work but the printer must have had a glitch. He recommended a different printer and returned when I bought it. He installed it and downloaded many programs for me as well as educating me and answering questions about the Mac.
On a side note, he is very polite and accomodating even packing up the old printer and putting it in my car.

I had a business server crash, and certified technician Mark was able to diagnose, rebuild and get my business up and running again, in record time. He is very knowledgeable and tenaciously motivated to complete the job, all for a reasonable price. He is well versed in computer networking and systems administration. Quite possibly the most qualified IT professional, this side of Silicon Valley. Highly recommended.
