Benefit Brow Bar at Macy’s

Two friends and I went to Alex and she did an amazing job! you know you can trust someone with your eyebrows when they have amazing eyebrows! It was valentines day and she got proposed to right as we were leaving, so happy for her! definitely coming back!

Brenda does an amazing job. I love coming to her and I highly recommend her. Ive gone to her a few times and everytime it has been a great experience.

Well it seems like a good idea to come to this location, don’t. Go to Ulta.
Brenda was very nice, but commented on me «needing» a lip wax. I told her I normally don’t do my lip, but since she pointed it out may as well. I call this technique customer shaming. I’m more of a fan of the type that points out nice things and offers a way of making your already great features even better.
The result was I not good either. As I walked away I felt like my lip was on fire. I looked in the mirror and saw a blister forming. Horrified I walked back and asked her to offer me some assistance. She only tied to put more of the chemical stuff the use to «sooth» your burning flesh.
Then, I hustle to the bathroom. I figure I need to wash my hands and face asap. The janitor is cleaning and despite my begging to use the sink, he refuses. I’m pretty much want to cry. What is wrong with this store?
So I left and went into the mall in tears trying to find a bathroom. I’ll never go back. Sorry Brenda, but when you blister someone’s face you should probably try to make it better somehow rather than move on to the next client.

I was walking through Macy’s one day, when I noticed that the benefit counter offers waxing. I thought I’d give it a try as I like to maintain my brows clean, and I really like the professionalism of the service given, they took the time to consult with me and showed me the way the service was going to be performed, and as they say, you get what you pay for. Highly recommended, ask for Brenda, plus is a really fun environment, the girls make it really fun, I’ll be definitely going back.

Both Brenda and Patty are great brow benebabes! Love the service, from start to finish! Highly recommend this place to go and get your brows done!

Brenda and Patty are seriously amazing. I don’t let just anyone touch my eyebrows. Either one of these girls will take such good care of you.

Just moved to the area and made an appt to get my eyebrows waxed at the Benefit counter at Macy*s! Patty did an excellent job. I was so nervous, but she was so professional, sweet, and took her time giving me the best possible experience ever! She even did a mapping of my brows first to show me what they should look like. So awesome! Go see Patty if you are looking for a great eyebrow wax. Also, it’s a plus when u are done because the girls at the Benefit counter give you a little makeover!

This is what happens when you go get your eyebrows waxed at the Benefit counter at the mall. If you like getting your skin peeled off and love patchy eyebrows… Go wild!

I was walking through Macy’s on my way to the brow threading place when a nice woman named Monica asked me if I wanted to get my brows done because they were doing a brow art thing at Benefit. I asked if someone was on hand to actually shape/​wax my brows and she said yes.
I sat down in Patty’s chair and the first thing she said about my overgrown caterpillar eyebrows was, «Oh my god! You have great eyebrows! I’m so excited to work on them!» I had never heard that in my life and so right away I was stoked to see what she had in store for me.
Long story short (bc honestly I could go on and on about how nice and great she was) my eyebrows have never looked so great! They’re still full and they’re beautifully shaped! Luck was on my side this evening and I’ll definitely be going back to Patty for my next appointment!!!

This place is like heaven for your brows. It was my first time today but I will be coming back. Diana is great she is the only one doing the waxing and everything so it’s best to book your appointment because she gets super busy.

I have been getting my eyebrows done here for a lil over a year. I absolutely love the service and my brows are amazing! Diana is the best!

I never knew my eyebrows could look so good until Diana at the Benefit Brow Bar started to do them! I have dark brows that can become «hooded» (learned that from Diana) because of how they grow, which makes them look straight, rather than having a nice arch that frames my face. Since Diana has been doing them, my brows have never looked better and she not only maintains them, but showed and explained to me how to take care of them myself! Not only that, she’s just a joy to be around! I look forward to every visit!

Diana is amazing! She’s professional, organized, clean, and thorough. Brows are her gift, let her shape yours… you’ll be so happy you did!

In all of my years of getting my brows done, Diana is the only one that I will go to now. She takes her time, explaining the process step by step, mapping out each brow, and then waxing and tweezing them until they are perfect. She also does my teenage daughters brows, and again, she does a great job. I highly recommend the Benefit Brow Bar at Macy’s in Palm Desert.
