I have been going to Bally’s Cleaners for many years. Onkar and his staff are always friendly and personable. They provide excellent customer service, and my clothes always look great. The business opens up very early, which makes it convenient for me to stop on my way to work. I highly recommend Bally’s Cleaners.

I have been using Bally’s Cleaners for about ten years and have only great things to say. Dr. Onkar (as I call him) is always upbeat, a pleasure to talk with and ALWAYS has done a great job with my clothes. These really are good people who take great care of your clothing. While I try to plan ahead, at times I have needed an «emergency» laundering. Onkar and his team handle it with no problem. I enjoy supporting this family owned (but still professionally run) business.

I use cleaners in Newport and LA and this place is by far the best; Super professional, reasonably priced, always on time (or before promised time) and a great attitude. The owner remembers me (and my car) and usually has my clothes waiting for me by the time I walk in. A++ service. Don’t go anywhere else, you’ve found the best…

Are you serious?! I have a few difficult items I was looking to have dry cleaned. By difficult I mean a WHITE soft shell Spyder snowboarding jacket (not supposed to be dry cleaned a lot) dirty with makeup and stains, a black peacoat with my (short hair) dogs hair all over it and lint, and last but not least this beautiful long beach dress that is a soft yellow along the bottom I had just bought for a trip to Mexico. Covered in black stains along the bottom.
I had taken the dress to a few other dry cleaners and asked them if they thought they could get the stains out. One Asian lady laughed at me, told me I ruined the dress. I knew if they couldn’t get the stains out of the dress I wouldn’t bother asking about my spyder jacket.
So I went and read reviews on Unilocal.Saw some of the other reviews talking about this place getting stains out, so I decided to stop by only realizing they close in 10mins. I called and the man said, «I will wait, come.» I brought in the dress and he tells me «the only thing we can do is try», and took it. I got worried by this, but after reading other reviews I decided to trust him.
A week later I came in to get my belongings and OMG!!! They all looked brand new! I could not believe it!!! It was worth paying the extra money let me tell you! Very friendly and nice people! Amazing five star service! I will be back! :)

Absolutely the best!!! Down in Palm Springs for cheer competition and needed my daughter’s cheer uniform cleaned. Only place that operates their machines on Saturday! Completely saved the day. Customer service was phenomenal. Such good attitude and extremely pleasant. If I could rate them more stars I would. Thank you!

Are you kidding me! If you need dry cleaning, alterations or great customer service & you’re in the desert this is your one stop shop.
We all know how hard it is to get ANY customer service these days & I’m willing to pay extra for it. But somehow this place charges less & has a way with their customers that puts them above the rest.

I picked up my wedding dress, my fiancé’s suit, and my mother-in-law’s dress from Bally’s on May 9^th, 2013. My fiancé and I met the owner, Onkar, and he even helped me load my wedding dress in my car. When we were about to pay, he didn’t charge us a dime! Onkar said it was our wedding present. Best dry cleaner ever!!! (And everything came out great!) This place deserves 6 stars!

Always good service! Several times I have walked in and requested same day service and they have never let me down. Superb quality. I have had to take items to Bally’s to remove stains that other cleaners were unable to remove. Bally’s was my last hope for one blouse that I was close to throwing out. Was shocked to get it back stain free! Family owned and operated, staffed with hard working and friendly personnel!

This is the worst cleaners in the Valley. I brought a jacket to be cleaned here with a minor stain and when I got the jacket back the stain was gone but one of the pocket was tore. I complained and they denied damaging the jacket. They said they would fix it for $ 10, which I refused to pay. I’ll never go to this place again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I went to Bally’s Cleaners for alterations and am pleased wih the outcome! I had to reschedule my appointment with Rosa, the seamstress, from morning to afternoon. They were very accomodating. I was really happy that they stay open until 6pm, as well, so I was able to go in for a fitting after work. Rosa was quick to pin my clothes in all the right places. And she was FAST! I dropped off my clothes Thursday night, and they were ready and pressed for pick up by Friday afternoon. The cost was reasonable… $ 14.00 for taking in seams, and $ 11.00 for hemming. Really pleased with the overall service. And my clothes fit perfectly!

This man and his business are exceptional. During my visit to Palm Springs I found that I had gotten a terrible oil stain on my brand new down jacket. It was a gift for the holidays and I was devastated. I wasn’t looking forward to going home and showing my boyfriend that I had ruined my new gift.
Before consulting a dry cleaner I tried to treat the stain with a little dish soap. Didn’t help. I didn’t know what to do… it was OIL!!! As a last resort I stopped by a dry cleaner to see if they had ideas. It wasn’t supposed to be dry cleaned but I figured they would know what to do. Luckily my first stop was at one of Bally’s many locations. The woman there said her boss was the best and told me where to find him.
I went to him in tears. He looked at it and told me to relax and it would be fine. Finally, reassurance that it would be okay.
The next problem was time. I was leaving the next day, no time for a 2 – 3 day turn around. He was able to do it.
After 2 more phone calls to him after I left, and a restless night I picked up my jacket. IT WAS PERFECT!
Again…in tears, but tears of joy. He did what I thought was the impossible. I have nothing but gratitude for him and his staff. Thank You so much.
I believe he has many very happy customers and I am one of the newest. I would recommend Bally’s cleaners to anyone in the area.
Not only did he save my jacket, but he was very funny and comforting. All of his employees were happy and to me, that is worth something.

There are a few things that make this Bally’s Cleaners location exceptional: Customer Service, Customer Service, and Customer Service. Of course they’re wizards at getting your clothes clean & pressed (rescued more than a few blouses for my wife) but the service is what stands out.
A dry cleaner? I’m going kooky over a dry cleaner? No I haven’t entered an alternate universe where grown men get giddy about dry cleaning!
The owner, Onkar, is there everyday to greet and serve his clients. After just a few visits he remembers our names and grabs our clothes before we’re able to produce the ticket. Soon he remembers what vehicle I drive, sees me as I drive up and Ta-​Da! my clothes are waiting for me as I enter the door. I don’t even bother taking the obligatory ticket any more, with Onkar at the helm I don’t need it. Besides, I’ll just lose it anyway.
Over the years we’ve recommended him to numerous people and they all sing the praises of Onkar and his shop.
Oh, and did I mention the Customer Service?
