Allison is a compassionate and honest therapist who creates a safe space for healing. It was refreshing to find someone who is unafraid of using examples from her own life to help me with my issues. So many therapists seem cold and aloof, but Allison is very engaging. She is also intelligent and insightful. I recommend Allison to anyone struggling with personal issues.

It’s been 3 weeks and it seems to be working out perfectly fine. She’s not only there to talk to but she also has exercises for you to try and do. She’s actively following up on how you’re doing and recommends other alternative activities or group work.
