My wife found Alexandra on Unilocal yesterday for a cleaning of my mothers 1150 square ft 2 bed 2 bath single floor condo. A 1000 square feet is carpet, just a small entry, kitchen and bathrooms have tile. When finished i did a quick inspection and found that the tile in the master bath had not been cleaned along the base boards and had just been cleaned around the area rug, trash can and toilet bowl scrubber; same was with area rug by front door and only cleaned on request. Payed $ 110 for less then 2 hours of work if that’s what you want to call it? Found that the bathtub and shower were left no better then when they arrived and they couldn’t even move the chairs to vacuum under the dining room table. Found more and my wife ended up cleaning. Called after and told her i felt like i had been taken and she said hopefully she would get another chance to make it up to me… not going to happen!!!

I have used Alexandra’s Cleaning for about 3 years. The crew is always on time, they are polite and positive all the time. My place is clean and fresh, they do the details in an awesome way. They also take care of my place when I am away. Definitely great service.
