George is snotty. He walked in my yard like he owned he place, then turned around and said he would have to ask his employee if he would take the pool. (?) Another business owner that does not have control of his employees. In the middle of the interview, he took a cell phone call, whispered to me, “I will call you later,” and then walked out of the yard on his phone. We expected professionalism at the very least and did not get that here.

George and his service personnel have been taking care of our pool for over a year now. We could not ask for better service. They are very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous.

I contacted George based in part on his Unilocal!reviews. He responded promptly, set a mutually agreeable appointment date and time, showed up on schedule, diagnosed my problem and fixed it quickly.
He also made some recommendations going forward for how to prevent a recurrence, and advised me about a problem which was developing.
I don’t know what more you could ask of a professional.

When we moved into our home in July 2014, A Kool Pool Service was cleaning and servicing our pool. After the pool tech left the company, we were assigned a new person who turned out to be better than the last technician. Our guy is always on time, explains what he is doing and what service we may need in the future. He is very knowledgable, extremely personable and he is very thorough in his work. We could not be happier.

I have a vacation house in Palm Springs. Troy has been coming to my house twice a week for the last six months and my pool looks fantastic! Their service has been very dependable and I appreciate that they are at my house twice a week. I also feel like George (the owner) runs a very honest company. A couple of weeks ago my pump was not working, and there had been a big wind storm. The next morning my pool looked like it had been abandoned for years. A couple of days later I returned to my pool looking better than before. I would definitely reccomend this company to anyone looking to have their pool serviced in the Palm Springs area.

I have a vacation home in Palm Springs and previously had tried 4 other pool services and each one was worse than the previous one. Everything from overflowing my pool, adding way too much chemicals, not showing up… I could go on. I called this company about 6 months ago and have been extremely satisfied! Troy does a great job taking care of my pool and spa. He checks the chemicals each time and keeps them to a minimum, just the way I want. He shows up like clockwork 2 days a week. FINALLY, I have found a pool service I can trust… HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Started having issues with a long-​term pool service and was referred to George. He was quick to respond and assess the situation. Knew what had to be done and has been taking care of business. Very prompt, efficient, courteous, and friendly. Knows what needs to be done to maintain a pool in the windy desert environment.

Not the cheapest, but by a long shot, the very best.
I had the same pool guy for 7 years. He got worse and worse each year. Why I waited so long to try another pool service, was just a lazy habit I guess.
Called these guys, and have had them for about 2 ½ months, and they are incredibly efficient, thorough, and dependable.
Can’t ask for much else. Great service.
