One of my favorite authentic sushi spots. I wish they would relocate in the PGA area. I usually get the shrimp tempura roll with tuna and masago. The rice melts in your mouth. They don’t overdo the amount of rice in your sushi either which makes it far more enjoyable. Ikura and white tuna is also made great here. They really know how to make amazing sushi. For a great price too! You may even want to double whatever you’re ordering. You’d be surprised with how much you’ll put down.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. It started when we were served a glass of wine that had turned to vinegar. After«average» sushi, we waited over one hour for our entrees to be served. To make things worse, only 3 of the seven people initially got their dinners(one of which was cold), two were brought 15 minutes later and the last two arrived after an additional 20 minutes. At the end of the meal(now 2 hours later), we asked to have our bill adjusted for the inconvenience. Not only did the owner refuse our request, she wouldn’t come to our table after asking to speak to her in person. Terrible service… totally unacceptable. We will not be going back and do not recommend for any others!

Had lunch at Toro today. Food was very good; tuna was very fresh and the Cherry Blossom Roll really good as well. The staff is very friendly, and my daughter was thrilled to receive an origami swan! We will definitely be back.

Good tuna here, and yummy non-traditional style sushi. I’ve tried the Kamikaze, Cherry Blossom and house roll. All tasted great, and the presentation was so pretty. The miso soup and dumplings were a solid B, but that’s ok. I saw a roll that had banana and strawberry on top, but didn’t have the guts to order that. At Dragonfly(Gainesville) and Katsuya(LA), I’ve tried a roll with strawberry that was AMAZING, so maybe I should give this one a try. I will return.
