BEYOND WORDS — DISAPPOINTED!
I was warned, so I can’t say that I am the first with complications. A wedding planner highly suggested I order my invitations elsewhere, but I decided to go forward and work with the owner, Liz.
Everything started off great with wonderful ideas… until Liz disappeared and did not return calls or emails until the invitation provider calls her and urged her to return my call. She had an excuse the first time, which I gave her the benefit of the doubt. This happened 2x and the process dragged on for 2 months. The second time I learned my lesson and decided to go elsewhere. Luckily I started my invitation drafts early and was ale to establish a new relationship.
Do you know the owner still has yet to return my calls or emails… PS she was/​is physically in the store.
