I never write reviews. If I could leave negative stars I would. Two women came into my home this morning (15 minutes late with no apology)…I explained to them to use the floor cleaner that I was given by my grout specialist for all of my tile. Not only did they not use it but when I saw her use their stuff-​I approached her and gave her my cleaner and she dumps it on top of what’s already in her bucket. Totally defeats the purpose and wasted my cleaner.
But that’s not all… I was rudely asked if I had a swiffer duster. Obviously she asked me this because she thought my room was too dusty. I came to that conclusion because when it came to cleaning my floor to ceiling silk curtains in my dining room-​she ripped one of them right out of the wall! The whole rod and both panels! She didn’t apologize. Those curtains are so large they had to be professionally hung. So she had to be pulling excessively hard to rip them out of the wall.
One of them also broke my large shampoo and soap holder in my bathroom shower and didn’t even tell me. The shower door wasn’t completely cleaned. The Clorox smell in my bathroom is so awful I had to open the windows. I have a French Bulldog puppy and that smell could kill him. My three year old had a sneezing fit when he went into my room. I’m really not sure what they used the Clorox for because the bathroom counters are not clean.
Jessica was very kind and courteous when I called to complain but after seeing the broken piece in my shower and all of the other things that happened-​curtain, floor, killer Clorox smell ect. I believe I should be given a refund.
If you value your home, pets and children. You should not use Siga!

Paid for 3 hours left in 2 ½. Could not understand English. So so job, could have cleaned more. Disappointed.
