Bad news. Not to be trusted. Takes money and runs. Does not return calls refuses to come back and finish the work. Threatened to hit a 68 year female customer. He is banned from our community. During the 20 years as a property I have never had a vendor with such an unprofessional attitude. Never has a pressure washer clean the roof and leave dirt and black streaks on the exterior walls. He was asked to wash down the walls and told us to do it ourselves with a hose. So sorry he was paid before he completed the job.
