We stayed here during our stay a couple of weeks ago and had a really nice expereince. The room was large, with a pull out couch and a king bed. They have a nice little breakfast in the morning and really good coffee. The location is also awesome, it’s 5 minutes away from anything you could need. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff but the little i did was good. We didn’t get to do the pool much because it was raining. I did use the gym though, small but it got the job done! The décor in the lobby is also very new and fresh. I was beautiful and nice to walk into.

Needed a hotel in Palm Beach Gardens and Hampton is usually my first preference. This Hampton did not disappoint, check in was flawless, no hidden parking or funky fees. Room was clean and well done and the beds… THEBEDS.,.were amazingly comfortable. If you stay here, venture out back to see the lovely garden and fountain, you will be delighted. Out past the garden/fountain the pool and sun deck are there, private and fairly secluded, but noting spectacular. If you want to know the reason I gave it five stars, the staff were wonderful and could not have been more helpful.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn for two nights. The girl at the front desk was extremely friendly and very professional. I believe her name was jessica. She worked on the 9th of June during the morning hours and I saw her on the 11th. She was so accommodating. A great way to start your stay The room was a great size and clean. The only problem was the room was by the business area and it did get noisy early in the a.m. Not the hotels fault. The only problem I had was the air conditioner was loud at times and the Internet service was lost a few times. I had to reset the service to many times. I would stay again because of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Decent breakfast and nice snacks early evening.

My family and I were here for three nights for a family function. Here are my thoughts: PRO: + REALLY comfortable beds. Like, REALLY comfortable. I usually have a problem with hotel beds, but this place ruled. Slept very well without any weird back pain, and the pillows were perfect: not too firm and not too soft. + free breakfast every morning. And it isn’t just coffee and a donut, it’s a full blown breakfast that changed every day. They had a lot of the usual staples daily(waffles, coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, bread/bagels), but would switch up the hot foods. One day we had bagel toppers with egg, bacon, and cheese; the next day it was an omelet with sausage; the third was scrambled eggs with turkey sausage. I was impressed with the breakfast and its quality. + location. Close to the major highway but not too close… like not right next to it. Very convenient. + room size. For my boyfriend and I, it was perfect and a good size. THe room also came with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which was great for storing snacks and bottled water for later. + our room was well cleaned every day. No I didn’t use a black light to it or anything(sometimes ignorance is bliss), but it always appeared and smelled clean whenever we came back in the evening. CON: — the cleanliness of our towels was questionable. I found a long light brown hair in one of our towels(my hair is black) and what I’m hoping was chest hair(and not pubes) in another… not a super big deal, but kinda sorta really gross. Luckily the rest of our towels all looked ok. — the shower head in our bathroom was awful. Barely for one, forget for two. There’s something about sad showers that just puts me in a bad mood. I can deal with mediocre, but sad, lackluster sprays that will only eventually rise you off are just… annoying. You know the kind: the sad, weak«ring» of water with nothing in the middle. Tried adjusting it to different settings but no dice. Might be time to replace that shower head. — desk staff. Not ALL desk staff. Just one. A young man. My mother had spoken to him before my and my boyfriend’s arrival about getting us a different room on a different floor. He said that there was one available(non-smoking) and had«reserved» it for us. Well… evidently he didn’t. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the lady at the front desk had no idea what we were talking about, was on the cusp of being a bit rude about it, and said that there were no available rooms aside from the one that was originally booked. No good. Aside from the front desk incompetence of one employee, the horrible shower head, and the gross towels, this was a pretty good! Would I go back? For the price, possibly… but I also think I can get better service with cleaner towels and better showers at other nearby hotels.

A fine Hampton Inn that appears to have been constructed relatively recently. It’s very clean on the inside. We had a king suite. There were plenty of outlets for charging things, the lighting was OK, and there were plenty of towels. The room was very quiet(though I was on the top floor). Being a Hampton Inn, there is the complementary breakfast which was a fine serve-yourself affair. Nothing fancy. Everyone I spoke to either at the front desk or in the dining room was very friendly and helpful. You’re kind of far from the downtown area and ritzy Palm Beach stores. But if you’re looking for a nice, clean place to stay, this is your place.
